Data we collect
When you use the contact form, we may collect your name, email address and the content of your message.
Information required for a booking is sent directly to Lodgify. This website does not host or store it: the information is transmitted to the Lodgify platform. Payment data is handled exclusively by Lodgify and PayPal and is never received or stored by this website.
Why do we use this data?
It is used solely to respond to your enquiries and to enable you to make and manage a booking.
Legal basis
Contact form processing is based on your consent. Booking data is processed where necessary to perform the rental contract or to take steps at your request before entering into it.
Retention period
Commercial data is kept for three years after the last contact, in line with the recommendations of the French data protection authority (CNIL). Data processed by Lodgify and PayPal is retained in accordance with their own policies and applicable legal obligations.
Recipients
Recipients are Anthony Birolini (A Casa di Fiumorbo), Lodgify for the booking engine and PayPal for payment. Your data is never resold to third parties and is never used for profiling.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing where permitted by law. To exercise these rights, write to antony.birolini@orange.fr.
If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
